 5/28: The Science paper on the Warburg Effect has been published.
5/28: An updated version of the balanced glycolysis model has been posted.
5/26: An updated version of lecutre #20 has been posted.
5/26: The final project reports are now due Friday June 12 by 5:00 PM. Turn them in to Jeff.
5/26: Final project presentations will be Monday June 1 at 3:00 PM in the Fung Auditorium.
5/25: Added a Mathematica notebook containing the balanced glycolysis model to the Resources page.
5/14: As announced in class today, Homework 5 (handed out last Thursday) will be due on Tuesday 5/26. Turn it in to Dr. Hasty.
5/14: Code for the pentose phosphate pathway added to the unregulated glycolysis model has been posted on the HW 4 section of the Assignments page.
5/13: Code for the regulated models from homework 4 has been posted on the Assignments page.
5/8: Class schedule finalized.
5/8: Instead of a preliminary project report, there will now be a 15 minute preliminary presentation. It will be on 5/21 in class.
5/7: The instructions for the final project have been posted. A preliminary report is due Tuesday 5/19/09 at the beginning of class. Project presentations will be on Monday 6/1/09 at 3:00 pm. The final report is due Monday 6/8/09 at 5:00 pm.
4/30: Homework 4 has been posted. It is due Tuesday 5/12/09 at the beginning of class.
4/30: Here is a paper about building large kinetic models.
4/28: Here is a new paper on AMPK.
4/20: Updated versions of lectures 9 and 10 have been posted.
4/15: Here is a paper that should help with HW2 problem 5.2.
