Master's Student in Bioengineering interested in researching and analyzing biological data, namely in genetics and genomics.

Griffith is a first year MS thesis student in UCSD's Bioengineering Department currently working on biophysically-constrained machine learning models to predict mRNA expression from sequence information.

My research interests are centered at deciphering the molecular mechanisms underlying disease progression through computational and systems biology approaches, which can ultimately lead to more affordable healthcare through data-driven decisions.
