Post-Doctoral Researcher

Research Emphasis

Working on modeling host-pathogen interactions between murine macrophage cell lines and Salmonella. As a graduate student with the Systems Biology Research Group, my PhD thesis focused on the systems-level integration and analysis of high-throughput 'omic' datasets to characterize physiological and perturbed states in yeast and human systems.

Biography

I am currently a post-doctoral researcher working on modeling host-pathogen interactions between murine macrophage cell lines and Salmonella. As a graduate student with the Systems Biology Research Group, my PhD thesis focused on the systems-level integration and analysis of high-throughput 'omic' datasets to characterize physiological and perturbed states in yeast and human systems.
