Biography
I’m a 2nd year PhD student currently developing OmnilogDB, a database for curation and collection of bacterial phenotypes. I’m also working on using phenotype microarray data as a high throughput method to design experiments, validate Genome Scale Models and integrate them with pangenomes. In my free time I like to make music, rock climb and explore food in San Diego.
