Kevin leads the Genome Analytics group and is the creator of iModulonDB.org. During his PhD, he characterized the transcriptional regulatory network of Bacillus subtilis using iModulons, assisted with many other iModulon analyses, and integrated iModulons with other approaches in order to discover stress tolerance mechanisms from laboratory evolution for both oxidative and high temperature stress.
